the worst thing you can do is befriend someone off the strength of mutual hate for someone else. because realistically, it will only be a matter of time before you get on their nerves and they’re teaming up with someone else to hate you and vice versa. it’s a never ending cycle with people like that, so just avoid it from the jump and spare me the “I told you so” speech.
